How fast is the turnaround time per job order?
We aim to complete basic tasks within 1–3 days if you’ve selected the Priority option. This includes initial review, billing, and any communication in between.
For larger or complex tasks, turnaround may range from 5 to 10+ business days, depending on the workload and nature of the task.
Please note: Replies to our follow-up questions or pending access credentials can affect timelines.
Can I include multiple tasks in one job order?
Yes, there’s no limit. But we highly recommend grouping tasks by category or purpose. This helps us estimate your bill accurately and avoids overwhelming costs in one go.
We review your task description before sending a billing estimate, so we can give you a fair quote based on the work involved.
How do I create a task?
Just fill out our job form and give us as much detail as possible. Be sure to include a working email address, that’s how you’ll receive billing, updates, and replies.
Can I cancel a Task?
Yes. Just let us know as early as possible. If the task hasn’t started or is in the early phase, you may qualify for a full or partial refund.
Do you support agencies or bulk work?
Absolutely. If you’re an agency or have recurring work, let’s talk. We can tailor a setup for faster turnaround and possibly even priority handling.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal. Guest checkout is available — you don’t need to log in if you prefer not to.
Do you offer refunds?
We want you to feel confident in working with us. Our refund policy includes:
- Full refund if the task hasn’t started or is canceled early.
- Partial refund if some work has been completed but not finalized.
- No refund for tasks that are already completed and approved.
All refund cases are handled transparently and fairly. We assess based on progress, communication, and context.
What kind of tasks can you handle?
We specialize in WordPress. From design tweaks, plugin fixes, content updates, WooCommerce setups, to full migrations. You can send us anything WordPress-related. If we’re confident we can help, we’ll take it.
What if it’s not WordPress?
While WordPress is our core, our team also dabbles in Laravel-based web apps, Shopify, and other web-related systems.
We like to joke: “We’re not just WP nerds!”
But in all honesty, if it’s outside our scope, we’d rather be transparent and decline than waste your time and money.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
How soon can I expect a reply?
We respond as soon as possible, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Urgent tasks get faster attention, especially if marked as Priority.
How can I send sensitive login credentials?
Security is important to us. We recommend using tools like One-Time Secret to send login info.
Please do not send passwords directly via our forms.
And for your own safety, change your password once the task is complete.
Is my data safe with you?
We take your privacy seriously. All information you share with us is treated as confidential and used only for completing your tasks. We never store passwords after the task is done.
