2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

Work that has already been started or completed.
Hourly billed work where time has been logged and delivered.
Partially completed tasks where you choose to stop the work.
Delays caused by lack of communication or missing information from your side.
Any work that has been approved or accepted.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:

Send an email to inquiry@wptaskus.io from the email address linked to your account.
Include:
- Your full name
- Email address
- Task reference or order number
- Reason for the refund request
All refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days of payment.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (PayPal).
Processing time may vary depending on PayPal’s timelines.
