We offer website-related services, including (but not limited to) WordPress development, maintenance, troubleshooting, and related tasks.
All work is performed based on the details you submit in your task request.
2. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account or submitting a request.
- Have the legal authority to provide any website access, files, or credentials needed to complete your tasks.
3. Account & Access
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information.
- You agree not to share your account with others without our consent.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Payments
- All payments are processed via PayPal.
- We do not store your full payment details; only transaction data provided by PayPal (name, email, transaction ID, and payment amount) is kept for administrative purposes.
- Work will only begin after payment is confirmed.
5. Pricing & Additional Fees
- Our pricing is subject to change at any time.
- We may introduce additional fees in the future to account for increased operational expenses, platform maintenance, taxes, or other business costs.
- Any changes in pricing or fees will be communicated in advance when possible, and will apply to future services, not services already paid for.
6. Refund Policy
- Refund requests will be considered only if:
- The task has not yet been started, or
- The service cannot be completed due to our fault.
- Once work has been delivered, payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide clear and complete instructions for the work.
- Ensure any credentials or files you provide do not violate third-party rights or laws.
- Maintain backups of your website before giving us access (we may create backups as part of our workflow, but it is your responsibility to keep your own copy).
8. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
- While we take precautions to protect your website, you understand that all work carries inherent technical risks.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have adequate website backups before and after our work.
9. Delivery Timeframes
- We strive to complete tasks within the estimated timeframes given.
- Time estimates are subject to change based on task complexity, additional requests, or delays in client communication.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Provide false or misleading information.
- Engage in abusive or threatening behavior towards our team.
- Misuse our services for illegal or unethical purposes.

12. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party tools (such as Google Analytics and PayPal) to process transactions and analyze traffic. These services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

We always aim to resolve any concerns or misunderstandings in a fair and friendly manner. If something does come up that we can’t settle through open communication, any formal matters will follow the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any official proceedings will take place in Philippine courts.
